He has delivered Primary Care Centres to the H.S.E.  and Social Housing to Voluntary Housing Associations in Ireland.

He also occasionally uses his pilots licence.

Tim has spend his entire career in the property sector.

He has developed residential and medical properties in Ireland and the Czech republic.

His main focus is on Social Housing delivery in Ireland.

He occasionally takes his racing motor bike for a day on the track.

Lynn is a senior administrator with a background in claims management in the Insurance Industry, and more recently has focused her career on the property maintenance and development industry with a strong focus on Health & Safety management.
